Regenerative Agriculture
Carnes
Pasture, cattle, and the rhythmic work of turning healthy grass into nourishing beef.
The 4C Ranch
At the top of Monterrey mountain in Pérez Zeledón, Costa Rica, we are building a ranch shaped by four connected ways of life: cattle on pasture, horses in the high country, coffee and food from the land, and the family and community that give it meaning. Everything here belongs to the same living system, part of one shared rhythm shaped by the mountain, the seasons, and the work of daily care.
